Our qualified team look at what similar Real Estate has sold for in the area and make adjustments, depending on many factors to include; condition of the property, if there has been any extra investment into the property which might include new kitchens or bathrooms, any extensions to the property, if the garden has been landscaped etc.

Our professional photographer will visit the property at a convenient time to take a number of pictures to showcase the property.

Once pictures are completed the qualified agent will write up the listing and then post on our website which is then fed to a number of property portals.

Process after Listing the Property

Once we receive all the required information on the property our marketing gets to work to showcase your property to potential buyers. There are various ways although some marketing methods include, but not limited to, being shown in our quarterly magazine which is distributed across Dubai, having a featured verified listing on one of the UAE portals, having a board outside to attract passing trade, letter distribution for “hot property to sell”, e mail shots to all of our buyers registered with us and an open house to show the house to potential buyers.

Our staff work 7 days a week from 8am – 8pm to find potential buyers for our clients and sell their property in the quickest amount of time.

Viewings and Offers

Once we receive offers in writing from potential buyers together with evidence of pre approval (if applicable) we then present the offer in person to the vendor where possible or via e mail. We like to meet the vendor in person so we can discuss the offer in detail and work out a plan as to counter offer or acceptance. Once the offer is agreed and the MOU signed MYLO then progresses the deal through our conveyance team.
